Every bar we ship is made, cured, and packaged by hand in our family's home workshop. We pack each order with care so it reaches you just as it left our table.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends are not considered business days.
Transit Time
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow standard carrier transit time on top of our processing time for your package to arrive.
Shipping Rate
Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order within the United States, no matter how many items you choose. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to cover the cost of reshipping an order sent to an incorrect address.
Local Pickup
If you live in or near Terre Haute, Indiana, you're welcome to choose local pickup at checkout at no charge. Pickup orders are typically available 24-48 hours from placing your order. Once your order is ready, we'll reach out by email to arrange pickup.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please see our Returns and Refunds page and we'll make it right. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, email us at support@heritagesoaphouse.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
